My practice is rooted in inclusivity, offering trauma-sensitive, body-positive, and gender affirming space for healing.
My approach blends intuitive deep bodywork with energy healing (Reiki) to encourage relaxation and release. Using long, intentional strokes and steady, responsive pressure, I help ease tension, restore flow, and foster a sense of groundedness and expansion. Sessions are tailored to your needs, with accommodations for sensory preferences, communication styles, and comfort levels. Whether you prefer weighted pressure, minimal conversation, or clear verbal cues, I’ll work with you to create a session that feels just right.
I recogize that queer folks, neurodivergent individuals, and highly sensitive people often have unique needs when it comes to touch, communication, and safety. Whether you're navigating dysphoria, chronic pain, or sensory sensitivities, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported.
My journey
The pandemic—an era marked by profound global touch starvation—was the turning point that fully deepened my belief in the transformative power of human touch. My journey to this work, however, spans several passions: yoga, psycho- and somatic therapy, cycling, cooking, and a lifelong drive to deepen our connection to one another through language.
Initially, I explored verbal languages—French, Italian, and English—but over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the language of touch. This path has evolved through hundreds of client sessions, starting with my training at the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin, where I began to hone my craft.
Now, I draw from my embodied experiences across these fields to connect with and support my clients in meaningful, healing ways.
I live in North Austin with my shy cat and my spirited, enthusiastic daughter.
